Dry cider : fresh & alert


The unmissable Séhédic blend, our dry cider offers a beautiful amber colour and delicate baked apple aroma, a zingy mouthfeel and an earthy orchard finish. This cider will suit many occasions : a great food-friendly cider, perfect with meaty dishes, cooked fish and cheese.

Semi-Dry cider : fresh & fruity


A round and full must-have, our semi-dry cider takes up from 4 to 6 months are necessary to release its aromas. Made with a combination of 30+ apple varieties, enjoy the toffee apple aroma with just the right touch of crips acidity to achieve the perfect balance. So nice for food pairing with the famous “crêpes” from Bretagne.

Sweet cider : sweet & fruity

 

Tenderly regressive, our sweet cider, made with a combination of over 30 apple varieties is so tender and yummy. Its shorter fermentation process, about 3 months, offers crisp and delicate tender apple notes, perfect for sunny summer afternoons, with a scrumptious desert or even flavorsome cheese dishes.


Filtered right before bottling, our ciders have no added sugar. Our sweet cider is our blend with the minimal level of alcohol : 3% vol.
