Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar is amazing. It's been used for centuries in traditional medicine and is made from freshly-crushed apples that have been allowed to ferment for long periods of time, in cider first (alcoholic fermentation) and then in vinegar (acetic fermentation).
It takes us 2 years to get our apple cidre vinegar ready : first we make our cider, we usually use Extra-Dry cider to become then apple cider vinegar. We don't add anything to our cider for it to becom vinegar. We are just really patient.
We filter our vinegar right before bottling, the "mother of the vinegar" will re-appear a few weeks after opening your bottle.
Apple cider vinegar is great in salad dressings, sauces, for deglazing or just plain or cut with some water.
Unpasteurised - 5° acidity - 2 years fermentation
