Welcome to Cidre Séhédic ! Founded in 1950, in the charming town of La Forêt-Fouesnant in south Brittany, France, we are proud to produce with passion Premium Organic Ciders.
Our orchards are rich of 30+ apple varieties, and make delicious and diverse premium ciders. We are certified Organic since 2005.
Cidre Séhédic : premium quality all year long
Our ciders are unique. Unique thanks to the amazing orchard we’ve been cherishing for the past decades, unique also thanks to our process and equipment. Our ciders are organic, pure juice, non pasteurized, naturally sparkling, our production is based on the precious technique of slow and subtle fermentation. Our workshop is equipped with innovative and modern fermentation tanks which guarantee finesse of aromas and consistency of quality.
Each bottle which comes out of our workshop is the result of decades of know-how and deep respect and affection for our Terroir from Bretagne. Excellent quality is the result of close attention to all details : attention to all trees, careful harvesting and selection of apples, slow and temperature controlled fermentation, and isobar bottling to guarantee naturel sparkliness.

Over the years, la Maison Séhédic has been honored to receive acknowledgments from our clients, should they be individuals, restaurants owners, wine shops or professionals of the catering industry. The International Fair held every year in Paris, “Le Concours Général Agricole” has rewarded the Séhédic ciders over 53 times since 1971. We are immensely proud of these recognitions.
